Our goal is simple: every worker goes home safely at the end of the day and returns ready for the next.

We maintain full insurance and bonding and ensure our workforce is highly trained and continuously educated. All employees complete general construction safety training, along with annual continuing education courses. We comply fully with OSHA standards and regulations, and all laborers are at minimum 30-hour OSHA certified, with many completing 40-hour training and receiving additional job-specific instruction through their respective unions. Our strong safety culture is reflected in our consistent record of no lost-time accidents and a low workers’ compensation modifier rate.
